Diabetes Sweet Spot Support Classes
Attend our monthly meetings, free of charge, that cover different topics related to diabetes. This one hour class will cover the essentials of living with diabetes, healthy eating, preventing diabetes complications and so much more!
AADE Accredited Diabetes Education Program
Are you looking for more information on how to manage your diabetes? Our diabetes educators now offer a 10-hour training course to help you navigate through all of the aspects of diabetes. These courses will cover the essential of living with diabetes, including neurpathy, individualized goal setting and access to "SPARK" where you can build healthy meals, track exercises and more.
A doctor referral is required to attend the American Assoication of Diabetes Educators (AADE) Accredited Diabetes Education Program. For a referral form, click here. Please send completed forms to Caldwell Pharmacy.
Nursing Assistance for New Moms
Our Certified Lactation Consultant, Crystal Cathey, will work with you before and after your baby is delivered to help you adjust to nursing a new baby. We work with insurance companies to bill for single user and breastfeeding supplies you may need.

We offer a variety of mastectomy and breast prosthesis products for women. Meet with one of our certified fitters on staff to help you find the perfect fit in the privacy of a consultation room. With state-of-the-art scanning technology we can help give you a custom made breast form.
